En septiembre de 2024, ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia aceptó el reto de vestir totalmente esta villa de lujo en Marbella que consta de tres plantas y amplia terraza con piscina en el ático con vistas impresionantes a la bahía, en un plazo máximo de entrega de tres meses. El propietario, que se encontraba fuera del país, no contaba con proveedores ni estudios de interiorismo y decoración de confianza. Cuando contactó con ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia buscaba por encima de todo tranquilidad. Saber que su vivienda estaba en buenas manos, tener la certeza de que reunía a un equipo altamente cualificado y con experiencia en diseño y decoración de interiores de lujo, le bastaba para no tener que preocuparse por nada más.
Tras una comprensión profunda de los gustos del cliente, ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia tuvo la oportunidad de estudiar las posibilidades más atractivas y llevar a cabo el trabajo con total libertad creadora.

In September 2024, ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia took on the challenge of fully furnishing this luxury villa in Marbella, which spans three floors and includes a spacious rooftop terrace with a pool offering stunning views of the bay, within a maximum delivery period of three months. The owner, who was abroad at the time, lacked trusted suppliers or interior design studios. When he contacted ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia, his primary goal was peace of mind—knowing his home was in good hands. The assurance of a highly qualified team with expertise in luxury interior design and decoration was enough for him to rest easy, free from concerns.
After gaining a deep understanding of the client’s preferences, ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia had the opportunity to explore the most appealing possibilities and carry out the work with complete creative freedom.
Creating a unique and inviting space using high-quality materials and elements was the starting point. Among the various styles and trends considered, ILUSIONARTE by Ikonia’s contemporary Mediterranean proposal was set to make outstanding use of the villa’s open, bright spaces. With the clear objective of highlighting the elegance of each room, the team opted for clean lines, pops of colour against neutral bases, and custom carpentry elements in the dining area, fireplace, entrance, and bedroom with panelled walls. The selected noble materials combined harmoniously, ensuring a pervasive sense of sophistication and comfort throughout.
